Artículo 278 Código de Procedimientos Civiles del Estado de Chiapas
Capítulo I
EN LA CONTESTACION DE LA DEMANDA LA PARTE DEBE REFERIRSE A CADA UNO DE LOS HECHOS ADUCIDOS POR LA CONTRARIA, CONFESANDOLOS O NEGANDOLOS. EL SILENCIO Y LAS EVASIVAS HARAN QUE SE TENGAN POR CONFESADOS O ADMITIDOS LOS HECHOS SOBRE LOS QUE NO SE SUSCITO CONTROVERSIA.
