Artículo 420 Código de Procedimientos Civiles del Estado de Chiapas
Capítulo I
SI SE PROMOVIERE PRUEBA, DEBERA OFRECERSE EN LOS ESCRITOS RELATIVOS, FIJANDO LOS PUNTOS SOBRE QUE DEBE VERSAR, Y SE CITARA PARA UNA AUDIENCIA INDIFERIBLE EN LA QUE SE RECIBA LA PRUEBA, SE OIGAN BREVEMENTE LAS ALEGACIONES Y SE DICTE LA RESOLUCION.
