Capítulo I
LOS AUTOS QUE ORDENEN QUE UN NEGOCIO SE RECIBA A PRUEBA Y LOS PUNTOS RESOLUTIVOS DE LA SENTENCIA ADEMAS DE NOTIFICARSE DE LA MANERA PREVENIDA EN EL ARTICULO 615, SE PUBLICARAN DOS VECES CONSECUTIVAS EN EL PERIODICO OFICIAL DEL ESTADO, SI SE TRATARE DEL CASO PREVISTO EN LA FRACCION II DEL ARTICULO 121 DE ESTE CODIGO.
