Artículo 958 Código de Procedimientos Civiles del Estado de Chiapas
Capítulo I
EN CUALQUIER ESTADO DEL JUICIO Y ANTES DE PRONUNCIAR EL FALLO, EL JUEZ PODRA EXHORTAR A LAS PARTES A UNA AMIGABLE COMPOSICION Y SI SE LOGRARE LA CONCILIACION SE DARA POR TERMINADO EL JUICIO.
