Capítulo IV
LA AUTORIDAD SOLO CONCEDERA EL PERMISO CON ENTERA SUJECION A LOS REGLAMENTOS RESPECTIVOS, Y OBLIGANDO AL DUEÑO DEL AGUA A QUE LA HAGA PASAR SIN QUE EL ACUEDUCTO IMPIDA, ESTRECHE, NI DETERIORE EL CAMINO, NI EMBARACE O ESTORBE EL CURSO DEL RIO O TORRENTE.
