LA REPRESENTACION O EJECUCION EN LUGARES PUBLICOS, DONDE SE LUCRE EN ALGUNA FORMA, DE DIALOGOS, MONOLOGOS, CANCIONES Y PIEZAS MUSICALES, SEAN OBRAS AISLADAS O PERTENECIENTES A OBRAS YA REGISTRADAS POR SU AUTOR, CAUSAN PARA ESTE EL PEQUEÑO DERECHO.
