EL HEREDERO DEBE SER INSTITUIDO DESIGNANDOLO POR SU NOMBRE Y APELLIDO, Y SI HUBIERE VARIOS QUE TUVIEREN EL MISMO NOMBRE Y APELLIDO, DEBEN AGREGARSE OTROS NOMBRES Y CIRCUNSTANCIAS QUE DISTINGAN AL QUE SE QUIERE NOMBRAR.
