Capítulo III
LOS CONYUGES TENDRAN EN EL HOGAR AUTORIDAD Y CONSIDERACIONES IGUALES; POR LO TANTO, RESOLVERAN DE COMUN ACUERDO LO RELATIVO A LA
FORMACION Y EDUCACION DE LOS HIJOS Y A LA ADMINISTRACION DE LOS BIENES QUE A ESTOS PERTENEZCAN.
EN CASO DE DESACUERDO EL JUEZ CORRESPONDIENTE RESOLVERA LO CONDUCENTE.
