Capítulo IV
EL HEREDERO O HEREDEROS QUE NO HUBIEREN ESTADO CONFORMES CON EL NOMBRAMIENTO DE ALBACEA, HECHO POR LA MAYORIA, TIENEN DERECHO DE NOMBRAR UN INTERVENTOR QUE VIGILE AL ALBACEA.
SI LA MINORIA INCONFORME LA FORMAN VARIOS HEREDEROS, EL NOMBRAMIENTO DE INTERVENTOR SE HARA POR MAYORIA DE VOTOS, Y SI NO SE OBTIENE MAYORIA, EL NOMBRAMIENTO LO HARA EL JUEZ, ELIGIENDO AL INTERVENTOR DE EN TRE LAS PERSONAS PROPUESTAS POR LOS HEREDEROS DE LA MINORIA
