SI EL TESTADOR NO DESIGNARE LA RETRIBUCION, EL ALBACEA COBRARA EL DOS POR CIENTO SOBRE EL IMPORTE LIQUIDO Y EFECTIVO DE LA HERENCIA, Y EL CINCO POR CIENTO SOBRE LOS FRUTOS INDUSTRIALES DE LOS BIENES HEREDITARIOS.
