Capítulo V
LA SOCIEDAD CONYUGAL NACE AL CELEBRARSE EL MATRIMONIO O DURANTE EL. PUEDE COMPRENDER NO SOLO LOS BIENES DE QUE SEAN DUEÑOS LOS ESPOSOS AL FORMARLA SINO TAMBIEN LOS BIENES FUTUROS QUE ADQUIERAN LOS CONSORTES.
