LAS OBLIGACIONES SON DIVISIBLES CUANDO TIENEN POR OBJETO PRESTACIONES SUSCEPTIBLES DE CUMPLIRSE PARCIALMENTE. SON INDIVISIBLES SI LAS PRESTACIONES NO PUDIESEN SER CUMPLIDAS, SINO POR ENTERO.
