EL CEDENTE ESTA OBLIGADO A GARANTIZAR LA EXISTENCIA O LEGITIMIDAD DEL CREDITO AL TIEMPO DE HACERSE LA CESION, A NO SER QUE AQUEL SE HAYA CEDIDO CON CARACTER DE DUDOSO.
