SI ALGUNO DE LOS CONTRATANTES NO SUPIERE ESCRIBIR, FIRMARA A SU NOMBRE Y A SU RUEGO, OTRA PERSONA CON CAPACIDAD LEGAL, NO PUDIENDO FIRMAR CON ESE CARACTER NINGUNO DE LOS TESTIGOS, OBSERVANDOSE LO DISPUESTO EN EL PARRAFO SEGUNDO DEL ARTICULO 1810
