Capítulo II
LAS DONACIONES HECHAS SIMULANDO OTRO CONTRATO A PERSONAS QUE CONFORME A LA LEY NO PUEDA RECIBIRLAS, SON NULAS, YA SE HAGAN DE UN MODO DIRECTO, YA POR INTERPOSITA PERSONA.
