Capítulo III

SI EN EL PRIMER CASO DEL ARTICULO ANTERIOR EL PADRE NO HUBIERE REVOCADO LA DONACION, ESTA DEBERA REDUCIRSE CUANDO SE ENCUENTRE COMPRENDIDA EN LA DISPOSICION DEL ARTICULO 2322, A NO SER QUE EL DONATARIO TOME SOBRE SI LA OBLIGACION DE MINISTRAR ALIMENTOS Y LA GARANTICE DEBIDAMENTE.
