EL MUTUO ES UN CONTRATO POR EL CUAL EL MUTUANTE SE OBLIGA A TRANSFERIR LA PROPIEDAD DE UNA SUMA DE DINERO O DE OTRAS COSAS FUNGIBLES, AL MUTUARIO, QUIEN SE OBLIGA A DEVOLVER OTRO TANTO DE LA MISMA ESPECIE Y CALIDAD
