Capítulo I
SE PROHIBE A LOS MAGISTRADOS, A LOS JUECES Y A CUALESQUIERA OTROS EMPLEADOS PUBLICOS, TOMAR EN ARRENDAMIENTO, POR SI O POR INTERPOSITA PERSONA, LOS BIENES QUE DEBAN ARRENDARSE EN LOS NEGOCIOS EN QUE INTERVENGAN.
