AUTOS, O DE MANERA VERBAL EN LA DILIGENCIA, PREVIA IDENTIFICACION BASTANTE DEL OTORGANTE, A SATISFACCION DEL JUZGADO. LA SUSTITUCION DEL MANDATO JUDICIAL SE HARA EN LA MISMA FORMA QUE SU OTORGAMIENTO
