EL QUE PRESTE SERVICIOS PROFESIONALES, SOLO ES RESPONSABLE, HACIA LAS PERSONAS A QUIENES SIRVE, POR NEGLIGENCIA, IMPERICIA O DOLO, SIN PERJUICIO DE LAS PENAS QUE MEREZCA EN CASO DE DELITO.
