Capítulo II
EL QUE SE OBLIGA A HACER UNA OBRA POR AJUSTE CERRADO, DEBE COMENZAR Y CONCLUIR EN LOS TERMINOS DESIGNADOS EN EL CONTRATO, Y EN CASO CONTRARIO, EN LOS QUE SEAN SUFICIENTES, A JUICIO DE PERITOS.
