EL PORTEADOR NO SERA RESPONSABLE DE LAS FALTAS DE QUE TRATA EL ARTICULO QUE PRECEDE, EN CUANTO A LAS PENAS, SINO CUANDO TUVIERE CULPA; PERO LO SERA SIEMPRE DE LA INDEMNIZACION DE LOS DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS, CONFORME A LAS PRESCRIPCIONES RELATIVAS.
