Capítulo V
SI CUBIERTOS LOS COMPROMISOS SOCIALES Y DEVUELTOS LOS APORTES DE LOS SOCIOS, QUEDAREN ALGUNOS BIENES, SE CONSIDERARAN UTILIDADES Y SE REPARTIRAN ENTRE LOS SOCIOS EN LA FORMA CONVENIDA. SI NO HUBO CONVENIO, SE REPARTIRAN PROPORCIONALMENTE A SUS APORTES.
