SI AL LIQUIDARSE LA SOCIEDAD NO QUEDAREN BIENES SUFICIENTES PARA CUBRIR LOS COMPROMISOS SOCIALES Y DEVOLVER SUS APORTES A LOS
SOCIOS EL DEFICIT SE CONSIDERARA PERDIDA Y SE REPARTIRA ENTRE LOS ASOCIADOS EN LA FORMA ESTABLECIDA EN EL ARTICULO ANTERIOR.
