Título DECIMO
SI LLEGA EL CASO DE QUE LOS TITULOS DADOS EN PRENDA SEAN AMORTIZADOS POR QUIEN LOS HAYA EMITIDO, PODRA EL DEUDOR, SALVO PACTO EN CONTRARIO, SUSTITUIRLOS CON OTROS DE IGUAL VALOR. (F.DEE., P.O. 20 DE ABRIL DE 1938)
