LA TUTELA LEGITIMA CORRESPONDE:
I. A LOS HERMANOS, PREFIRIENDOSE A LO QUE LO SEAN POR AMBAS LINEAS;
II.- POR FALTA O INCAPACIDAD DE LOS HERMANOS, A LOS DEMAS COLABORADORES DENTRO DEL CUARTO GRADO INCLUSIVE.
