LOS COMPRENDIDOS EN LA FRACCION I DEL ARTICULO ANTERIOR, SOLO ESTARAN OBLIGADOS A DAR GARANTIA CUANDO CON POSTERIORIDAD A SU NOMBRAMIENTO HAYA SOBREVENIDO CAUSA IGNORADA POR EL TESTADOR QUE A JUICIO DEL JUEZ Y PREVIA AUDIENCIA DEL CURADOR, HAGA NECESARIA AQUELLA.
