EL TUTOR NO PUEDE DAR EN ARRENDAMIENTO LOS BIENES DEL INCAPACITADO, POR MAS DE CINCO AÑOS SINO EN CASO DE NECESIDAD O UTILIDAD, PREVIO EL CONSENTIMIENTO DEL CURADOR Y LA AUTORIZACION JUDICIAL, OBSERVANDOSE EN SU CASO LO DISPUESTO POR EL ARTICULO 557
