Capítulo XV
LA ACCION PARA PEDIR LA NULIDAD, PRESCRIBE EN LOS TERMINOS EN QUE PRESCRIBEN LAS ACCIONES PERSONALES O REALES, SEGUN LA NATURALEZA DEL ACTO, CUYA NULIDAD SE PRETENDE.
