LA DECLARACION DE AUSENCIA SE PUBLICARA TRES VECES EN LOS PERIODICOS MENCIONADOS CON INTERVALO DE QUINCE DIAS, REMITIENDOSE A LOS CONSULES COMO ESTA PREVENIDO RESPECTO DE LOS EDICTOS. AMBAS PUBLICACIONES SE REPETIRAN CADA DOS AÑOS, HASTA QUE SE DECLARE LA PRESUNCION DE MUERTE.
