EN EL CASO PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 686, SI EL CONYUGE PRESENTE ENTRARE COMO HEREDERO EN LA POSESION PROVISIONAL, SE OBSERVARA LO QUE ESE ARTICULO DISPONE.
