LOS POSEEDORES A QUE SE REFIERE EL ARTICULO 785, SE REGIRAN POR LAS DISPOSICIONES QUE NORMAN LOS ACTOS JURIDICOS EN VIRTUD DE LOS CUALES SON POSEEDORES, EN TODO LO RELATIVO A FRUTOS, PAGOS DE GASTOS,Y RESPONSABILIDAD POR PERDIDA O MENOSCABO DE LA COSA POSEIDA
