Capítulo IV
LOS DUEÑOS DE LAS HEREDADES, CONFINANTES CON LAS LAGUNAS O ESTANQUES, NO ADQUIEREN EL TERRENO DESCUBIERTO POR LA DISMINUCION NATURAL DE LAS AGUAS, NI PIERDEN EL QUE ESTAS INUNDEN CON LAS CRECIDAS EXTRAORDINARIAS.
