EL CONCURSO DE LOS PARTICIPES, TANTO EN LOS BENEFICIOS COMO EN LAS CARGAS SERA PROPORCIONAL A SUS RESPECTIVAS PORCIONES. SE PRESUMIRAN IGUALES, MIENTRAS NO SE PRUEBE LO CONTRARIO, LAS PORCIONES CORRESPONDIENTES A LOS PARTICIPES EN LA COMUNIDAD.
