EN TODOS LOS CASOS DE MUERTE VI OLENTA EN LOS ESTABLECIMIENTOS DE RECLUSION, NO SE HARA EN LOS REGISTROS MENCION DE ESTAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS Y LAS ACTAS SOLAMENTE CONTENDRAN LOS DEMAS REQUISITOS QUE PRESCRIBE EL ARTICULO 89.
