Capítulo III
SE CONSIDERA QUE LA PÉRDIDA DE LA VIDA OCURRE CUANDO SE PRESENTA MUERTE ENCEFÁLICA O PARO CARDÍACO IRREVERSIBLE, EN LOS TÉRMINOS DEL ARTÍCULO 343 DE LA LEY GENERAL DE SALUD.
