Título OCTAVO
LA NULIDAD POR CAUSA DE ERROR, DOLO, VIOLENCIA, LESION O INCAPACIDAD, SOLO PUEDE INVOCARSE POR EL QUE HA SUFRIDO ESOS VICIOS DE CONSENTIMIENTO, SE HA PERJUDICADO POR LA LESION O ES EL INCAPAZ.
